Local Pick Ups

Once you have placed your order please allow 3-4 business days for it be prepared for collection.

You will be contacted via email once your order is ready providing you with instructions on where to collect and to arrange a suitable time for pick-up if necessary. 

Please note that our warehouse is not permanently staffed so a pre-arranged time is necessary for collection. 

Local Delivery

We provide free local delivery to anywhere in the Northern Beaches LGA (minimum order of $1,000).

You will be notified via email confirming a delivery day within 3-4 days of purchasing your item(s).  

Pre Orders

Please choose carefully as there are no refunds on pre orders.

Unless specified pre orders generally take 12-16 weeks to arrive. Sometimes the arrival of these items may be early and sometimes they can arrive a little late.

Due to the global effects of the pandemic on our artisans and major shipping companies we request that you please be understanding as this is out of our control.

Once your pre order arrives it will be checked and then packed, ready to send. Once the courier has been booked you will receive an email with tracking details. 

Please note that we are unable to HOLD items due to storage restrictions.

Freight - Shipping

All couriers that we utilise for home deliveries are booked on a 'Leave Safe' arrangement. Please ensure that you notify us if there is not a suitable area for your item to be left that is undercover and deemed to be safe. Additional charges may be applied if the courier deems that there is not a suitable area to 'Leave Safe'.

Due to the ongoing impacts of the pandemic and the large volume of deliveries couriers are currently experiencing, shipping times can take longer than normal. 

Once your order has been placed please allow up to 8-10 business days for your order to be dispatched from our warehouse. You will receive an SMS or email with tracking details and an expected delivery date.
