Refund policy
Due to all of our products being individually handcrafted from natural materials there may be some slight variations/imperfections in size, colour, finish and texture which adds to the authenticity of each piece.
These variations are what makes each piece unique and therefore we do not accept this as a fault of the product and a refund may not be given for such imperfections.

As per ACL (Australian Consumer Law) and ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission) we do not refund due to change of mind.
We have a no refund policy however we will provide a credit note or exchange a homewares item based on the following -
* Item must be returned within 7 days of purchase in the original packaging (box).
* You will need to cover the cost of shipping your the item back to the warehouse
* Item must be in original condition and not be damaged, used or altered
* You must contact us in writing first before returning the item
* We do not offer a refund, exchange or credit note on custom orders
* Refunds are only available for faulty items (please refer to the below)
Zephyr Home reserves the right to determine if the item is eligible for a credit note or exchange on the above requirements being met.
PLEASE NOTE - we do not accept the return or exchange of any FURNITURE ITEMS unless damaged or faulty (see below).
Damaged | Faulty Items
All items are checked over before packaging and leaving our warehouse. It is the purchaser's responsibility to inspect the items immediately upon receiving.
Should your item arrive and it has been damaged or it is faulty you need to contact Zephyr Home in writing within 24 hours of receipt via email to hello@zephyrhome.com.au.
Proof of damage will be required in the form of photos of the item both inside and outside the box. Return of the item to store may also be necessary to assist us with our quality control process or so we can determine if a refund or exchange may be required.
Sale Items
Please choose carefully as all sale items are final and there will be no refunds or exchanges.
Pre Orders
Pre-orders are considered final. Please choose carefully as there will be no refunds on pre-orders.
